Xbox PC games not syncing data. Therefore, it's not possible to even open them.

Everytime I open a game, a window pops up saying that it's syncing data. It gets stuck on 0%, which never changes. If I cancel it, the game never presents any other option, it just keeps showing me the background of the main screen without any further option.

In my library I have Gears of War 4, Ori and the Blind Forest, Final Fantasy XV, Rise of Nations and Bloodstained. The only one that doesn't show that syncing window (hence, the only one I can play at all) is Bloodstained. I could open Gears 4 once (I have
no idea why it worked that time) and one time that I power cycled my Internet router, Ori gave me the option to play it without connection, even though the Internet connection was already working again. Aside from those two cases, I'm never able to even get
to the start menu of any of the games listed aside from Bloodstained.

Nat type is "open" and the connection to the server status is "connected". Firewall allows the Xbox beta App, the Xbox Live App, the Microsoft store and all the games to go through it. I have already re-installed all the Apps involved. I have tried to open
the games while logged both in my Microsoft account or in a local account. Xbox related services seem to be working. What is happening?

Not only is it annoying... as I can't use the service at all and the subscription is ending soon.

I've had this syncing data message only a couple of times. When the message pops up, what are the options? I know one says "try again", but I can't remember the other option. What has worked for me was choosing the other option. I'm sorry I can't provide
more information, but I just got my PC and I'm pretty much new to all this. Regardless, let me know if this works.

When you try to cancel it you only get the message with the options to continue trying or to cancel the syncing. If you cancel it, as I said, everything disappears and you can't do anything else.

Sound really annoying! While I don't have any experience regarding this issue, I hope I can still help you in the right direction

For technical support I would suggest to contact XBOX Support, by going to support.xbox.com. In the meantime, you could try to set up your PC as offline device by following this
guide: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...ames-offline-on-windows-10-using-offline-mode.
Maybe you can play your games in this way, while contacting XBOX Support to resolve the issue completely?
