May I know if you already tried reinstalling your wireless adapter using device manager app or downloading the latest one from manufacturer website?

Also, try disabling IPv6 from router settings

Open the Control Panel in Windows 10.
After opening the control panel, set the View by on the top-right corner to Large icons .
Click on the Network and Sharing Center option.
Here, click on the Change adapter settings link on the left panel.
Now, right-click on the active network adapter and select Properties
Go to the “Networking” tab.
There, uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” option.
Click on the “Ok” button to save changes.

Restart your system and see how it goes

Tried the IPV6 fix first since it seemed like the easiest and I think that was the issue! Wasn't expecting anyone to have the fix since I wasn't able to find it online so thanks so much for your help!

If I understand correctly, you are trying to download an Xbox app on your PC.

If that is correct, you may want to try resetting the Store cache:

• Go to Start > type wsreset > select wsreset.
• When the Store opens, check if app downloads have started.

I am trying to download Metro Exodus from Xbox Game Pass App for PC but my download keeps getting stuck. This problem is not unique for this game but every game I try to download through Xbox Game Pass PC App through my Gamepass Pc subscription keeps getting
stuck after running for a downloading for a 5 to 10 minutes. I noticed the download usally gets stuck when I use the internet during the download period. It doesn't matter if i use internet on the same pc or use my phone to connect to the same wifi. I don't
think it's a problem with my connection. Because I don't have the same problem when I use steam, epic game store, origin, uplay etc. Only my microsoft/Xbox Gamepass Pc download seems to get stuck after running some time

you can share all pc gamepass games within the home on multiple pc's too, i do this for my kids all the time with their own accounts, you have been able to share pc gamepass games since the beginning same as all apps and games purchased within the store.

It is actually better than console as i can share on 5 gaming pc's without any issues.
