    Xbox PC Game Chat??


    I dont know if this question has been asked...

    so when it comes to some games with my friends, we would want to do game chat as some games (friday the 13th, CoD, sea of thieves, the usual games where proximity chat is a thing). As i move more towards the xbox on PC, i still want to be able to talk in
    game so we dont have to have weird moments of me (and a few other friends) not able to talk in game with my other friends.

    Is there a way to talk and hear in game from xbox games??

    Hi,

    You can create and join parties on Windows 10 just like on Xbox. You can do this using the

    Windows 10 Game Bar    . The people you are playing with can still chat to you using Game Bar even if they are on an Xbox One console.

    Something to note:

    If your controller is connected to your PC via Bluetooth you'll need to connect a microphone to your mic port on your PC. Chat via a microphone on an Xbox One controller is only available via USB or an Xbox One Gaming Receiver.

    I think the Blue microphones are all USB microphones, so I'm not sure you'd be able to use it for stream chat on your PC and game chat on your Xbox console at the same time. It's probably possible if you use the Xbox app on your PC for party chat though.

    Not on the Website. You can chat on a PC via the Xbox Game Bar. Or you can chat on android and iOS devices using the Xbox App.

    If you are using in game chat, you won't be able to share the chat on the Xbox directly to the stream you will need to stream trough a Pc, but if you play trough a Pc you can use the Xbox game to chat with your wife and then she will be able to share the party on stream and you will have an option on the Xbox party chat to share your audio

    Anyone use Xbox app on PC?

    All my chat history is gone except from the last few days of chat.

    Everything is ok on Xbox app Beta, Phone app and Console.
    So how come my chat history is missing on Xbox-app on PC, but everything ok on Xbox-app Beta on PC, Phone-app, Console and Xbox Game Bar? Only Xbox-app is missing chat history. Happened after last update.

    I can use Xbox-app Beta until the issue has been solved, but prefer the usual Xbox-app on PC.

    Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
