Xbox PC download stuck and can't cancel

Tring to predownload The Ascent from XGP yesterday but I did not finish the download. Resuming download today everything was fine until it hit 68% and stuck. The download speed is 0 MB/S. I can't stop nor cancel the download. Everytime I press "cancel" it shows "Canceling download" but actually nothing happens. Tried to reset the app data and restart Xbox PC the download is still there. What should I do?

Look for updates in Windows Update, update everything including optional updates. Restart your PC to apply updates and try again

First, try canceling/continuing the download using the Microsoft Store app

If that doesn't work>

Press Windows Key + i and go to applications, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''Terminate, Repair and Reset.

If the problem persists, try this step>

Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

I have tried canceling, repair and reset, but to no avail.

And I couldn't even uninstall the app through powershell.

Having the same problem and can't seem to be able to cancel the download it's stuck on 94%

Same here! Mostly stuck on 0%. Sometimes it will download, but really, really slow. Can't do anything else, otherwise it cancels the download... Have 90Mbit download, on PS3, PC, Phone, tablet there's no problem. Keep getting corrupt files, incomplete downloades,
etc. (Southpark SoT), so I cleared cache, delete/downloaded profile and even formatted the HDD. But now I can't download all my games again because of the slow/not working xbox live services...
