Xbox (PC Beta) slow download speeds

I am currently downloading Metro Exodus from the XGP but my download speeds are extremely low. After running a speed test on google it showed 650mb/s while I am only getting 500kb/s-2mb/s (Obviously I'm not expecting 650mb/s, but at least matching Steams
download speed of 70mb/s on my desktop).

After looking for solutions I found that there is only two that have been found so far, neither worked for me. Here are the two solutions for reference, it might work for others and it seems like it has.

I will also add my task manager internet performance

It seems as though Microsoft is only allowing a brief connection which is quickly instructed to slow down before downloading another small chunk. I kind of figure it may involve COVID-19 and this is just Microsoft's attempt at easing the heavy use of the
internet, but if anyone has heard of another solution that would be great!

Another side question: Why is Xbox (Beta) using 70%-80% of my GPU without any games being ran?

Lots of issues with lockdown everyday try exiting any loaded game i find downloads go faster

it could be due to the amount of people online at this time due to the lock down . Microsoft could have slowed things down a bit to help with congestion on the servers . 🤔

This is the second time I hear this kind of problem, what was oriented was exactly that using a cable, but as you already use, it is complicated to say, probably is some problem straight from the app, I already have problems on the PC and some games I
can not download it.

Have you tried resetting the app? In search type Apps and Features, then click on the app, then click advanced options and from here you can reset and repair the app.

I tried this and it works for about 30 seconds (even getting up to full 1Gb speed of my connection) and then immediately back down to <1Mb speeds. This is absolutely unusable, will have to cancel and charge back honestly.

Edit: I think I was able to fix it by disabling "Allow downloads from other PCs" The moment I unchecked that setting in "Delivery Optimization" I got a steady 100Mb/s Still absolutely intolerable for a service from a fortune 50 company but at least usable.

So to be clear:

- Start menu search for settings

- Settings search for delivery and select elivery Optimization Settings

- Uncheck Allow downloads from other PCs
