    is there a place i can browse and talk to other players?

    Finding answers to some of my problems is really bothersome would be nice if there were threads on topics i could read up on before i make customer service request.

    There is a Xbox Insider forum which is located here:

    You will be able to sign into the forum and start joining in discussions with other Xbox members who are apart of the Xbox insider program. If you want to talk to Xbox members who may, may not, be in the Insider program. Please use the Xbox forum which this
    post has been moved into.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.
