    Hi,

    Since few months, I'm unable to download updates for the game Sea of Thieves. After trying to uninstall, I'm unable to reinstall it. It downloads for a few seconds, and stopped with the error code 0x80073cf9.

    Same thing with a new game, Streets of Rage 4.

    Thinking that was a problem with the Windows Store, but after removing / reinstalling the store with difficulties, problem still running...

    Can you help me to diagnose the issue ?

    Like I said on my first message, I've already tried this solution, but I tried it again anyways this give me the same result :

    - there is no "Repair" option only "Reset" for Microsoft store

    - I can't download the Xbox app (0x80073cf9) so reseting it is going to be complicated

    - The error 0x80073cf9 is still there

    ive had a problem with trying to install games on pc from my microsoft account, ive tried everything ive seen in videos, ive tried to create a new account, nothing works.
