XBOX PC App (Uninstall Games)

Hi

is there any registry hacks to kill off games that do not wont to be removed from the XBOX games app that state the game is installed even though it has been removed from the system.

for example I installed MassEffect and Battlefield from EAPlay from EADesktop, they have been removed but the XBOX App still stating the game is installed and ready to play.

any possible hacks to clear out the game list would be helpful.

Already tried uninstalling XBOX App and this did not help.

It depends on if you're playing PC games through Gamepass PC. You can uninstall the Xbox apps by right clicking them and selecting uninstall.

Please remove or uninstall the game first completely. You may uninstall it via the PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Select the game and uninstall.

Once uninstalled, restart your computer. Once done, open the Xbox app and try installing the game again.

Never mind none of that is helpful and have just reinstalled my PC, if you wish to help please give me far greater technical information and not basic jo public level.

Regarding this matter, would you please follow the next steps to clear out the game list.

Step 1: Restart your device:

Restarting your Windows 10 device resets anything running in the memory that could cause the issue.

Note Make sure there's nothing open or unsaved before you continue, as this process will automatically close all open apps.

Select the Windows logo key on your device or keyboard.
Select Power, and then select Restart.
After your Windows 10 device has restarted, sign back in to your account and restart your game.

Step 2: Check your device for windows software and driver updates:

You may need to get the latest updates for your Windows 10 device.

Try to go to PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the game there and manually uninstall it. Once you uninstalled the game, restart your computer. Once restarted, open the Xbox app and try to install the game from there.
