Xbox pc app stuck and puasing does not work

I canceled it in ubisoft app bc i did not have admin and then Xbox app got stuck and now i can install any games

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Lol yes i know i feel you but thats the solution i found in order for me to be ready for day zero so if you puase and puase you will be stuck on 25% an not seeing any progress in very *** frustrating is just an idea for those who really want it to get over
with. Thanks for you comment anyways

no other softwares can puase bruh

While that works for downloading on the xbox console, it does not work for downloading xbox music to a phone with a kids account. It is the phone and PC scenario that we are stuck on.
