    Xbox PC app not working, unable to sign in, no response to signing in


    Hey

    I need help, as I wrote before when starting the application, I am not logged in when it used to be automatic. When I try to log in, the app turns all-white for a second and nothing changes. Over and over again. There is nothing I can do, log in, download games, I'm disappointed when everything works in the browser, for example. I tried to uninstall and install applications but to no avail. Help, I guess I'll have to ask for a refund because I can't download the new game.

    Cannot login to ground xbox services

    they were unable to help we have determined that it is a problem with xbox services but im signed in to all xbox related apps on my pc yet will still not let me sign in in game

    This worked for me and hopefully it does for you, unfortunately chat support was unable to assist.

    Any how - if you are unable to access your messages on your Xbox App or your messages from Xbox.com there is currently a system message that is on your account that can be viewed on your smart device or xbox platform. I was unable to delete it while viewing
    it on the Xbox One, to work around this I went on smart glass through my tablet where I was able to delete the system message from my account. After I did this I signed out of the Xbox App on my PC and signed back in and BOOM, back to normal.

    I did not have to sign out of xbox.com, i simply clicked the link for messages and it was working as well.

    unable to sign into Microsoft Store

    Restarted PC

    Network Connection OK

    Cleared Cache and Cookies on Internet Browser.

    Tried Firefox. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK, Signed in Microsoft Store. Blank Screen, Clicked Search, no response.

    Tried Edge. Unable to sign on, all I get is waiting response.

    Tried Crome. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK. Microsoft Store, same trouble as Firefox.

    Able to sign on to my Microsoft Account with my ANDROID mobile, Managed to download and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    The trouble seems to be with my PC.

    I have no trouble with other websites.

    your mums account should be on the pc, she then signs in downloads the game, then sign in on your name, go to the xbox beta app, sign out and sign in with your mums account, download game, sign out of xbox beta app and sign in with your name, game should
    work. your account must also be under your mums family section.

    I do this for my kids on their pc's.
