    Xbox PC app not downloading games?


    Xbox PC app does not download games. It gives me the 0x00000001 error every time. This seems to be a frequent issue for others with no real fix. I've tried all the quick fixes that i've seen online, any other ideas?

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    download the xbox app and sign in with your account that has gamepass pc, then download the games from gamepass pc.
