    Hi, recently for the pass few weeks ive been having some issues loading both the xbox app and microsoft store its like they both just load eternally and will never load anything, ive tried multiple things to fix it such as opening powershell and entering some code then restarting my pc and running a command in the cmd prompt they helped but it was limited because it still barely loaded anything, and when it did the next day or a few hours later it would just stop working again which is frustrating because i cant download any xbox games or apps from the microsoft store, any help is appreciated.

    Great, please log out the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, after this restart the PC and be sure that the Microsoft Store app and the Xbox app are logged with this email that have the subscription active

    That's great to know. Kindly repair and reset both Microsoft Store and Xbox App then restart your PC.

    Settings > Apps > Search for Microsoft Store and Xbox App > Repair & Reset > Restart your PC.
