Xbox PC app keeps signing me out, then telling me I'm not connected to the internet.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Xbox App. Please use the Microsoft Gaming Repair Tool for Xbox App, this tool detects and automatically repairs error found on your system. If you're still having issues after running the tool, try to reset your network settings:

1. Right click on the Start button then choose Search.

2. In the search bar, type cmd. From the results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. Select Yes on the User Account Prompt for the program to be able to make changes to your computer.

3. Type the command below into the Command Prompt window and press Enter on the keyboard to run the command.:

Netsh winsock reset

A message will appear saying to restart the computer to complete the reset. Restart your computer. If you are using wifi you may need to reconnect to your network after the restart.

i can sign in to Microsoft and Xbox app, but not to the solitaire games, it tells me that I'm not connected to the internet.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I have tried both of these and since restarting the Xbox, it will no longer let me log in. It’s keeps saying I have to connect to the internet to sign in, the Xbox is connected to internet and every time I check it on the settings it says connected, but everytime I try and sign in it tells me i need to connect to internet.

I'm sorry to hear that didn't work.

Please keep in mind that even if your PC and cellphone can connect to your internet, that doesn't mean we are not looking at a network problem. As far as I can tell your console is connected to the internet, it's just not connecting to the Xbox Network.

Regarding this being an account issue, are you able to sign in at https://www.xbox.com or through the Xbox mobile app?

Additionally, would you mind telling me why you did a factory reset? perhaps it's related to your issues signing in.

My xbox account is already connected to my pc and on the xbox app and I'm signed in to ea so I don't know what to do when I click on it it tells me to buy a membership while I already have one so n9t being signed in isn't the issue
