    Xbox PC app is still showing get game pass even though i have game pass for pc.

    Good day, I first subscribed to Xbox Ultimate Game Pass on my Xbox One console but when I went onto my PC to install FS2020, the Xbox App for PC does not recognize my subscription and is asking me to subscribe again. Any resolutions to this?

    Multiple problems with Xbox Game Pass on PC and you, Xbox Team.

    I am having the exact same issue! Just renewed and upgraded to XBox Game Pass Ultimate, the phone app works fine, hell I can even use Cloud play. But on my PC, the XBox App doe not recognize my Game Pass subscription. I hope we will be reimbursed for the
    lost time once the issue is fixed.

    I'm having exactly the same problem the xbox app does not recognise my subscription so I can't download any games.

    This also means I can't download any of the EA games.

    The only way it works is downloading them directly from the Microsoft store but the EA games aren't on there.

    This seems to be a problem for a long time now COME on Microsoft sort it out!!!!!!!

    Error code 0x803F8001 appearing for my entire Xbox library.

    That’s great and yes, that includes the Xbox Game Pass for PC. This also included cloud gaming can you please check if you can access cloud gaming on your Xbox App then try to play any game from there? This is to check if it’s recognizing your subscription.

    Also, for the next resort uninstall and reinstall Xbox App.
