Xbox pc app error Code: 0x803FB107

Hi, I can't down load any games off the Xbox games pass for PC. have tried all the work arounds ie installing from the Microsoft store. reinstalling apps changing regions nothing is working so far anyone else got a work around?

I have gone through the steps, and rebooted my pc a few times, at one point I thought it worked since doom did not appear in the Microsoft store of xbox app, but after I tried to install a game to see if it worked Doom came back and stopped the install.
