Xbox PC App black screen when trying to connect the console

i've tried to remove the app and install it and i've tried to make sure that my console is available to connect with other devices and nothing change

but a good thing that if ive try to connect the console with the phone app its work preaty good but on my pc dose not working it giving me a black screen just when i try to connect

On your console;

- Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.

- Select Network Settings.

- Select Advanced Settings.

- Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

- Select Clear.

- Allow the console to restart when prompted.

- Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

- Select the Enable remote features checkbox.

- Under Power mode, select Instant-on.

- Then Restart your Console and try again.

I've taken these steps and the issue has not resolved. I believe the issue is within the Xbox App, not the console. I can stream from the console to YouTube or Twitch without any issues but encounter freezing and black screens when exiting or entering full screen in the Xbox App when streaming to my PC from the console through the Xbox App.
