    Ok so I had a subscription of the 12 gold live and my wallet got stolen, so my cards were replaced and I thought well the subscription should stop automatically after payments don't pull and it cancels my subscription. I haven't played this thing for a LONG time
    and now I owe $60. like what kind of BS is this? is there any way to stop this damn renewal from what I gathered there is absolutely NOTHING i can do unless I pay this past due that shouldn't have ever pulled... it should STOP when funds are not found and
    payment gets updated. Is there anything I can do ? there has been ZERO activity on this xbox for a long time if that even helps, CCs were stolen along with wallet etc. And how do I contact support? and which is the best way of doing it? the Chat? or the phone
    call?

    Xbox Live Subscription payment method

    I currently have an Xbox Live account, but the Xbox Live subscription has expired as we no longer are going to use the credit card that is associated with it. However, I have a code to redeem for 12 months Gold subscription, but I cannot cancel the automatically
    renewing Xbox Live subscription because it states that the payment for the 12 months subscriptions is 'past due', even though I am not currently subscribed to Xbox Live. How can I cancel the automatically renewing credit card and replace the payment option
    with the redeemable code?

    I have a past due payment and i dont understand why I can't pay it with my Microsoft account. So I always buy the 12 month gold and each time it ends your subscription finishes no problem after that. Since I bought a game and had a little left over and my
    Xbox live already ended I decide to buy 1 month gold in the Xbox store and after that ended it suddenly charged me with a past due payment. So my question is why can't I pay with my Microsoft account if I have the money now?? Or with a 12 month just deduct
    that 1 month?

    Dual Xbox Gold accounts

    I have a 3 month recurring payment subscription that was due to be payed on the 20th of January. I also have a 1 month recurring payment subscription that is currently payed for.

    I currently do not have access to my games with gold. I have seen dual charges both labeled as Xbox Live Gold in differing amounts ($24.99 and $9.99 to be precise).

    I also have an Xbox Game Pass account and am currently past due on it, but that isn't part of my concern.
