    Xbox payment not reedemed


    I bought an 'Xbox Gamepass Ultimate' for 1 month on 12nd of April but when I wanted to use and I clicked on the last OK button it said 'This code has been already reedemed'. I did not deal with it because I could play and I used the Gamepass
    and Gold functions. But today, on 19th of April I tried to play and it said I do not have access to play Xbox Gold games and it redirected me the buying page.

    I have no idea what could I do because I do not really want to buy it again! Please help, thank you
