Xbox payed me less money then they should

In my xbox account you guys payed me 29.99 TURKISH LIRA but instead you guys should have paid me 399.99 TURKISH LIRA, because of my refund of Cyberpunk 2077 DLC. Please fix it. At least before i can catch the sales
I JUST WANT XBOX TO CHECK WHY THEY PAYED ME LESS THEN THE AMOUNT OF THEY SHOULD HAVE PAY.

This is really frustrating Microsoft my Xbox was just barely repaired less then a month ago and now your telling me that i need to pay another $120 to fix it again? why should I pay for your mistakes? i have sent my Xbox into you more times then is necessary
and spent more money then the Xbox originally cost if this is the type of problem loaded system your happy about selling then I'm moving to ps3

I pay £30 a year... less sometimes, for Xbox live. Yeah the rest is free but i'm with Xbox and £30 is not a lot of money.
