    Xbox past due


    So i redeemed a 25 usd gift card an bought xbox live for 1 month and bought 1 month subscription again when it expired an also some other stuff and i have 0.03 usd left and i never used a credit or debit card and after my xbox live had expired they said
    i hav to pay past due when i only had 0.03 usd left and reccuring billing was off. Please help i dont whts happening.

    Contact support billing department. they will resolve the issue with you.
    Here

    Select billing and accounts. See other options. Then select Payment & billing.

    Press show contact options and choose a contact.

    When you select Payment and billing new window will open. This is on top:

    Payment & billing
    Payments & purchases
    Find info on how to manage your payments and purchases.

    Under that is show contact options that you can click. A new window will open.

    You have 3 options to choose from.

    1.Post on the Community Support Forums

    2. Chat with Xbox Support

    3. Request a call from support
