That would be q major security issue. As proven with the 2011 sony hack very painful for the company after us and Japan and EU fined sony because of how they failed at securing passwords

Only phone support will be able to assist your friend as they will have complete access to his account. Unfortunately, if your friend doesn't have enough information to verify that the account is his, the person on the phone needs to know that the person
calling is really the person who owns the account or else they won't be able to assist.
