Xbox Pass Ultimate Cloud image problem : Artefacts and freezes

Hi,

Today I subscribed on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for Cloud gaming.

I tried to play with my Oppo Find X2 Pro connected to my 1Gb/s personnal connection, through 5Ghz WiFi connection and 80-100% signal force. My Oppo wasn't in power saving mode. The image was awful with a lot of artefacts, pixels, streaming clipping...

I tried on my Intel NUC Skull Canyon i7 with 32GB of RAM, 1 To SSD, 5GHz WiFi and the problem was the same...

I tried on another PC : a Lenovo Tiny m72e i5 with 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. This PC is connected directly to the router with a cat6 Ethernet cable. The problem is the same. The image is awful...

I tried to play on Flight Simulator, Forza 5 and EA F1.

Do you know if the video quality can be improved ?

You mentioned you purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the Cloud Gaming but tried on multiple computers and the video quality is poor. Welcome to the Xbox Forums. Here's the Xbox support article to troubleshoot network lag for cloud gaming.

Try the steps in that article and let us know if they resolve your network problems.

anybody can use cloud gaming now as long as you have ultimate.

but flight sim is not on cloud gaming as of yet

you cannot use the cloud without an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription.

Game pass ultimate is in a beta phase so there are a few problems going with that .

I have noticed. A few issues on xbox to , games freezing stutters ect recently, i hope they fix it soon 👍
