Xbox Pass one month why not year 9.99$

I am not paying xbox pass for a month waste money. Why not a year pass save ous a lot of money.

On the Subject of the 3 month game pass. I took the deal for 3 months for 9.99 for games pass. I never had it before now. And yet the charging me for 1 month pass for 9.99. I got this feeling I being rip off here. Been a member with Xbox for the
pass 9 years! I got my Xbox one back in 2017 around July. Never used the game pass then. So tell me why I am not getting it for 3 months?

So, first we pay a yearly sub for online access, admittedly, it's cheaper than Sonys(From what I hear), but instead of streaming with save options on Sonys end, we have to again dl the title on our end. Oh, and to do that, we have to cough up another 10
bucks EACH month, one year = 120.00 for old games + a 60.00 sun for online access. Ya, sign me up for that.....said no gamer with a modicum of common sense....EVAR. I've been with MS since the initial launch of the 360, and over the past 15 years or so stuck
with them...crappy console design, a one track mind with game genres, poor customer support when it comes to reporting other players, the kinect, and now this assanine illogical attempt to pad their pockets because after YEARS of the community trying to tell
them, they final realize they are getting the shaft by Sony???? Ya..this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Covering feces with old whipped cream only makes the smell worse.

I think there should be an option for a year. it hasn't been out very long so we shall see

Actually game pass for console is $9.99 a month and xbox gold is $59.99 a year. I see that ultimate is $1 for first month and 14.99 after that, so on a year it would save 14.99

FYI it is cheaper to get one year of service than month to month (9.99 bucks a month times 12 is 119.88 compared to 59.99 a year).

Well it says both on the Xbox Dashboard and on the site here under Upgrade in "My Account" the three subscription options:

- the one month of Gold = $9.99

- the three month of Gold = $29.99 / $8.99 per month

- the one year of Gold = $59.99 / $5 per month

I checked the info on it but it doesn't mention anything about the monthly fee instead of the full price on purchase which is why I'm confused why it says it's $5 a month for the $59.99 payment for one year of Gold subscription. Doesn't tell me if it will
just charge $5 monthly for a full year or not.
