    I have a problem, when i join an xbox live party i will get kicked out mostly in one minute. I dont know what is not working. My connection is perfect and all services are available, Nat-typ is open, and last but not least i paid.

    The issue here is if i want to conatct some of Xbox Supporter i cant call them because there is no Number and no E-Mail on the offical xbox.com/support website.

    The virtual assistent is the biggest joke i have ever seen if i want that somebody is going to call me i have to type my number in and evry time i click on conifrm it says: There is an issue, try again later. We are currently working on it.

    Which is a joke that i cant contact the xbox support because there is no real person behind it. I want that somebody calls me back for my Problem an the Virtual Assistant wont let me confim my number so that some real person can contact me.

    Well done Xbox you have a support system in it in which nobody can contact you (xbox) and you dont have to help people like me.

    The
    Xbox Live service status page     is showing party's as experiencing an issue at the moment. This may possibly be causing your problem can you please wait until this to be resolved to see if resolves your issue.

    Thanks for clearing evrything, at least i know i cant change it but hopefully in the next Update it will be fixed. Hope they dont take too long.

    I cannot give a exact timeframe for Microsoft to solve this instability. :/ But I do believe it won't take long.

    I do understand that's frustrating :/ I'm so sorry for the trouble, but we only could wait for it to be resolved. :/
