XBOX PARTY ISSUES PLEASE HELP

Hey there, been having an issue over the past few months with my party chat and am desperate for a fix. Basically about 2 months ago, every time someone who was playing on their PC, and joined my party through the Xbox App, I would start connecting to
the party and not be able to hear anyone or be heard, but everyone else in the party could communicate fine. Seeing as I didn't play with many PC players I let it go and continued to play with Xbox players, who I could join parties with fine. As of last week,
every time a certain friend of mine joins a party, the exact same thing happens ! I can't hear him he cant hear me. Doesn't matter who hosts the party either, the issue still occurs. It basically corrupts the whole party, so if I'm in a party with someone
else and this specific friend joins, it ruins the whole party for me. I've tried everything to multiple hard resets, clearing MAC address, removing and adding my account, removing and adding the specific friend, checking nat type, pulling out my router, restarting
all that. NOTHING HAS WORKED. Any help is appreciated.
