Xbox party cutting off

Me and my friend since yesterday have been having issues were our mics are cutting us off and are being really delayed and now there’s also a little mute icon next to our names in the party overlay

im having the same problem if i join a party chat to it cuts me off xbox live ever since the update and its just getting worse as time goes on any ideas

I recall that the usage of Third party Rapid fire controllers on the xbox 360 console was cut off. and that using these could result in a ban

Does party chat seem to cut off, then speed up (hear the person speaking extremely fast like they are a robot) then they get booted from the destiny game?

i am having same problem, but in partys and private either kicks me out or i they cut off while there talking need help i did i could now what?
