    Xbox Party Chat Keeps Closing On PC?


    So I join a party, or get invited and I get in for a second they can hear me but then the party overlay closes and kicks me from the party?

    Understand it's in beta but if anyone knows of a quick fix that would be great, searching the internet hasn't led me anywhere.

    Update: I have restarted computer, logged out and closed the program, nothing has seemed to work.

    While I currently do use Discord over XBL Party Chat, it does hinder a few of my friends that don't have a pc close to them or able to use their phone for Discord. If they did bring Discord to both Xbox and PS4 via app, you'd be able to play cross play games
    with chat easier.

    You can Private Chat between the 360 and PC but if you can't join a Party on your PC.

    I was banned from voice chat?

    It's not just the mobile app, it also applies to the one on Windows 10 PC. Game Bar keeps closing and this could be a virus. As for the main Xbox Console Companion, there is no way to join invites only parties due to the notifications for that being removed
    permanently.
