    XBOX Party chat Error


    Hello. So I have been using my phone hotspot for gaming on my Xbox for a while now, about 2 years to be exact. It is my only option to game unfortunately. It has worked fine in the past, and got even better when 5g came out. But as of a few days ago, I can't
    connect to party chat when I try to make or join a party. I get the error code08923103d, which is for party chat. It sends me to steps to solve it on a regular internet router, which I'm not using. I was just wondering if in the last update or something if
    something was changed, because nothing was changed on my side. I should be able to use it still, but for some reason party chat doesn't work. Everything else works fine, and I know its not my privacy settings as I've checked those.

    In the case of "Fear The Doctor" above... this isn't a Party Chat error like the OP is having.

    You simply have to push the Menu button and select "Party Chat" because for some reason on rare occasions it puts you in a party but not in party chat.

    We understand that there is an issue with being able to add multiple users to a party chat or chat.

    Our suggestion here is to follow our Xbox App Networking Troubleshooter article, as most chat errors or rather not
    being able to connect in chat is caused by network errors.
