Xbox Party Chat AND Microsoft Edge

First of all, Microsoft Edge keeps saying 'Your organization turned off access to local files on this computer', and I have no idea how to fix it. And Second, Every time I join or make a Party Chat, I get disconnected in 1-3 minutes. (messaging is fine tho)

The first is easy to explain, the second not so much.

The Edge browser for Xbox is a locked down version of the one built into Windows 10, it can't download or access anything on the internal storage, this is to protect the console from malicious software.

The second problem sounds like a networking/NAT issue.

I started a chat with xbox support a few days ago and they are now aware of this problem. They said the will probably fix this in the coming update

I am having the same issue and contacted their chat support after doing everything I could to not have to contact them and they flat out told me that it isn't a problem with edge and that it was an issue with my xbox one itself and that I should take it
into an offline store and pay them to fix something that isn't broken at all. Because when I pull up youtube using edge it runs just fine.

Having a corrupted app file is one of the possible reason why your Xbox One Microsoft Edge is not responding. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you reset your Xbox One into factory defaults. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console, select Reset and keep my games & apps.
