Xbox Party and Messaging Problems

Recently my xbox has been having problems with connecting with friends in the party chat or just hosting a game in general. I see that my NAT is considered strict, but when I changed it, it was still considered strict. And now, I can't even send messages
to my friends with an error coming up saying that it just couldn't send the message. I would really like help on this, cause its become the point that I don't even touch my 360 anymore because I can't even play with my friends unless someone else (friend
of a friend) hosts the game or party. The funny thing is that it happens on both ends to multiple friends. How can I solve this?
