    So my xbox one is broken and i used to play games on my 360 but now i cant it says that my Parent microsoft account is invalid that being my older brother and also it gives me a option to change my parent which i chose but when i do this it says that xbox
    sign up is unavailable giving me problems and not allowing me to change a single thing can anyone help me figure this out?
