Xbox Parental permission to purchase not working

Try disabling the accounts Parental Permissions first, then make the purchase from his account. Afterwards, reenable the Parental Permissions. Another work around (If you have separate consoles) is purchasing Game Pass on your account and setting your Son's console as your Home Xbox. This will allow for Game Pass Access on both consoles.

You have two options

First follow copa law

You cannot make the purchase because you fall under copa only by having parental permission can youake.the purchase however xbox one parental permissions don't apply to xbox 360 marketplace that's why you are getting the error

And wait till you are 18

2nd you can solve the issue another way have a parental make the purchase on their account with a gold membership

Doesn't matter you need to make the purchase and not from what you are thinkimg

For child accounts they cannot download m rated or nr games without parental permissions

The only way is to make the purchase from a 360 to verify that you have permission from the parent

A one console won't work since it is using the Web interface not the actual 360

Sorry But if you are underage you do not have permission to purchase without your parent/guardians permission if you have parental settings but if you do not you are going to have to create a new account
