    Xbox parental controls issue


    I load up forza horizon 4 and open up the menu and says that parental controls are stopping me from playing online and before i started the game up not even like an hour passed since the last time i booted it up. Nobody has touched the settings and when
    i check privacy settings it says it allows me to do online matches and other things so i just click disable and enable then click submit then after a couple seconds it says ''an unexpected error'' so i refresh the page and try again and it still does the same
    thing and my friend has the same problem and he had to make a new xbox account for this and i dont want to make a new to solve this issue so help me im on PC.
