    hi, I am having an issue where the email associated with my Xbox parental account is no longer active and so I cannot change certain settings on my account as I cannot get access to the parent account to change this. Can I change the email associated with
    the parental account? Please can somebody help me.?

    I lost my parental account username and password and the account was deleted from my xbox one. I have recently changed my email and I need to change an accounts buying settings. Please help

    Xbox account safety email lost

    Hello,

    I'm experiencing a problem with my xbox account.

    There are parental settings enabled on the console and now I need to accept the new ToA, however, we lost the parental email. We created it explicitly for the xbox account since my parents don't use e-mail.

    So now I'm stuck with an account that can't be used because the ToA need to be accepted.

    Are there ways to ditch the parental email? or get it back?

    Updating my account to adult account

    I have a similar issue myself. I have contacted support 5 times and provided gamertag, parent gamertag, email, parent email, console id, console serial number, ip address plus the old password for the account

    Still, they were not able to recover the parent account so I can accept the damn rules.

    My account is lost :(

    I have the same problem. I cannot accept terms of use due to an attached parent account with a lost pw. I sent a pw recovery email to the parent account- got the password- AND IT STILL wont help. Now what?

    This is not parental email for xbox live, thats the microsoft account. I want to be able to edit the parental email on my xbox live account, not microsoft account
