Xbox packaging and repair

Hi! Hoping to find some help on this issue.

Two weeks ago I got an Xbox One S. Because of the fan making that loud noise typical of those fan problems, I sent it to Microsoft so that they would take care of the problem. Today I received a package with the the same Xbox but without the original packaging
and without the noise issue being solved.

I'd be very happy if someone knew how to handle the situation!

Xbox Repair Status Question concerning warranty and shipping label

my question is about the warranty ----its june 21 2011 i just did a online repair request buuuutttt my warranty for my xbox ends june 23 2011 --->WiLL they still repair it---------------------other question is about the shipping label i did the request online
but did not receive a shipping label just the packaging instructions do they send ANOTHER EMAIL the email i receive was again the packaging details i try to check around xbox.com but all i get is the darn packaging details

Xbox One controller issue.

Log in with your account on xbox.com/live

Then go to the support section and register Your XBOX ONE.

Go to the repair section myservice.xbox.com and request a return for your controller.

You will receive packaging instructions.

Follow the instructions and sent the controller to the repair center.

You will receive a new controller within 20 business days.

You should be able to contact support and reference the previous repair case number and let them know the situation was not fixed.

You should have been sent a prepaid label for shipping. If not, you'll need to contact support so they can send you one. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I can't speak for other countries but here in Canada, the courier companies do pick up the package to send it in for repair. Xbox pays for this if the console is under warranty or it would be covered in the cost you have to pay to have it repaired if it
is not under warranty.
