Xbox over charging!!!!

    I have gotten charged 6 times in the last 3 months for the basic online live play. Why is this?

    OPTIONS, not a rant, just an observation.

    So what are Sony Charging for with the PS4 its clearly $150 over priced?

    I had it a while ago, Every time I was charging my controller it would stop charging and disconnect, I would unplug the charger it would re connect then it started over and over. I updated my controller and it seems fine now. Maybe a bug in the controllers
    memory.

  5. I am having the exact same issue - I have been charged the 9.99 fee 4-5 times in the last two weeks. There is no way to look it up or contact anyone. I was on the phone for 1/2 hour and then the agent (Angel) tells me to call back later or tomorrow because
    she has to restart her computer.

    Does not seem to be any way to contact them through email or written mail.

    For future reference it would be better for you to create a new thread detailing your issue for us.

    Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience you've had with billing. Unfortunately we cannot help with billing issues here, it must be handled through phone support. Also, they do not handle billing issues via chat or email. Hope you're able to get it resolved
    quickly and if someone says to call back later have them transfer you to another person.

    From what I've read, it was only available as a one day sale on Sept. 30. You would have to try calling support to see if they will do anything, but it does state that there are no refunds on everything in the marketplace.

    I haven't seen it on my console, but if they are still advertising it and it doesn't say anything about it being one day, hopefully they can help. But phone support would be the only ones who could do it.
