    Xbox/Outlook account had been locked.


    Hi,

    I have recently had my account locked as microsoft suspected that my password had been leaked. When going to verify it is in fact me, the phone number was my old one so I could not verify this way. It then asked me to compete an online verification form which I have done to the best of my ability but I got an email saying it was not enough info to unlock my account. I literally cannot add any more info to this report so, I was wondering if there is anyway other way I can get my account back?

    Just to confirm; when you tried also to access the account through the website, you are presented with a message stating that the account is blocked, correct?
