    Would someone please describe for me how my xbox one x system would be using the windows os system if i do nothave a pc linked to it & how would i get this correctted bcause ive got my console thats using a windows os system thats from 2019 & trying to contact
    xbox support has been impossible for me actually i do not have this option at all to contact them other then for a call back which is not open

    Xbox One Randomly Exits to the Dashboard

    I think its the equivalent of a game freezing on the Xbox 360, now that we have 3 OS's (system OS, game OS & app OS) it means that if a game freezes (or whatever the equivalent is on X1) the system OS detects it and closes the game down.

    As ngocphi has stated above, you will have to opt out of the Preview by following the steps he has provided. If you have any further questions, you will need to make a post in the Xbox One Preview

    You do havea choice sijce you signed up for the beta thats why you got it

    Dont sign up for the preview

    The preview is a beta as you did sign the aggreement

    You have to opt out in the preview app then wait 72hours or longer once removed you have to factory reset your console

    Back up all your data on an external drive first

    Fyi read the aggreement before you sign up

    You are acepting beta updates

    You shouldnt have oped in

    Thrre is no more bc preview onlh the nxoe
