Xbox OS Dashboard GUI bug - cascading failure of system

Hello Everyone

Thought this might be a tad important, when booting up my Xbox from it's Sleep mode/Instant on power setting, occasionally instead of being shown a responsive and beautiful dashboard, I'm shown a series of tile outlines, for the first few minutes the controller
can interact with the console then following an attempt to load any app, game or function, the console freezes for about maybe 10-20 seconds, after it hangs for the 10-20 seconds It plays the sound you can hear when pressing the Xbox home button (kinda like
the star wipe sound from the simpsons) after this the controller input lags for maybe 2-3 seconds (sometimes more), any attempt to remotely turn off the system will fail, the confirmation will come up, but you can't interact with that 'level' or 'layer' of
the interface, as it is still controlling the tiled layer/home screen.

Interestingly if you press the power off button on the console it will turn off, eventually... however, once you try to turn it on again (regardless of remote on or button press) it will take about 15-20 seconds to leave the splash screen, then your back
at square one (only the outline of tiles showing) the only way I've found to break the cycle is to power cycle (guess the I.T crowd were right haha)

Worst I've seen is when the tiles are empty and not still half way through their animation, while loading anything, the icon of the program will go full screen with the entire tile UI still there, nothing loads and no way of getting back to the home screen/dashboard.
I should point out it's happening less and less with each update.

Apologies if this is already noted somewhere, or if this is the incorrect section to post this, if so please advise where

I personally don't find this issue that annoying, especially since finding how to mange it and I love Microsoft products, day one hardware will always have bugs or unintended surprises so imo it's naive to expect anything to work perfectly on a macro scale.

Dashboard freeze!

no, this guide doesn't help, it's Dashboard OS issue, not console itself! I think it's related to xbox live connection on Microsoft side and bug in Dashboard OS

 

System failure

System failure is it actually a system failure or a bug in the system cause this kinda annoys me but hmm..
