    you may a few backwards compatible games were made digital on 360 called Xbox originals so i got that games halo 2,etc should be added digital with a new net-code so u can play it online

    Does the Xbox One S controller connect to the original Xbox One? Like if I got an Xbox One S controller, would it connect and work properly on the original Xbox One? Thank you for reading.

    I'm afraid that's just not possible on the original. It doesnt have the hardware capable of 4k or even up scaling.

    Hi augustoventura.

    Actually most of the power bricks for the Xbox One (VCR model) will run in most countries. Check the label on the back, and if it says: Input: AC 100-240V, Then you just have to change the power lead cable.

    Otherwise, yes. You can just replace the power brick for a EU version.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One Original. To help clarify the issue:

    • Do you receive an error message?
    • When you mention erases, does it uninstall games and apps?

    I recommend to try doing a soft factory reset
    of the console    , Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email
    and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
