Xbox Original Game Loading Problem

What game are you trying to play? Scarface The World Is Yours

Is it a disc or downloaded version? Disc

What type of console are you using? Xbox 360

What size HDD are you using? 239 GB

What error code or message are you receiving? The Xbox reads the disc, but when launched, shows the Xbox logo then black screens.

My backwards compatibility is not working

My xbox original Game Sonic Heroes is not loading on my Xbox 360 Original I looked at a list of all the games that can be played Backwards and this game was on it, Any Help?

Smite problems after summer update

Morning guys

I have this strange problem after summer update in Smite game, after god selection game starts loading and kick offs to login screen.

I had this problem on early access builds, rolling back to original dashboard solved the problem, but after yesterday game is unplayable.

Any advise?

Sorry to hear it. Which type of 360 are you using? FAT, S or E?

Where did you purchased the hard drive from? If it was purchased from an online source such as ebay or amazon it could be a 3rd party drive which does not support backwards compatibility.

If his Xbox tries to boot the game then his drive has the B/C partition and where he got it is completely irrelevant. Also, not all third party drives are garbage and don't support B/C. There's a lot that do, but you get what you pay for.

Given that his Xbox "black screens", the video settings probably are incorrect when the game tries to boot. Try changing your console to 720p, and then booting it again. If that doesn't work, then set it to 480i, or 480p, and try again. Some games are picky
as to which resolution they'll boot up in, if at all, and you may need to change your video settings before you boot the game.

The game is not supported for NTSC-JP. Try running it in either 1080i (not 1080p), or 720p first before any other video settings that I mentioned. Before you ask--no, nothing can be done. Microsoft could simply update the emulation profile to automatically
switch video settings, but they don't for a lot of games. Keep in mind the framerate of your game will suffer because it is being emulated. Cheers!

The problem with the disc versions is that when I tried to load them up on my Xbox One, the game wouldn't load. Honestly, unless Arkham Origins can be played, it shouldn't be on the list.

Try the following

look for the file "PROFSAVE_profile" in the folder that the game creates in the user's documents in Windows, and then open it with a text editor (the notepad works). change the value "1" to "0" and then Directx12 is deactivated and the game starts.

let me know if it does or does not work.

Is this happening only with Battlefield V buddy?
Do you have a game pass subscription or the game was purchased directly from EA?

Did you try the opposite with your graphics card driver? (Install a previous driver version)
