You should contact your bank to put a hold on the card. They will work with Microsoft or the proper groups to either reverse charges or follow through with investigating the charges.

Yes, but even if you got it through you wouldnt have gotten it until Dec 23rd AND they probably wouldve charged your account right then. I was goint to get two, one for me day one and one for a family member for Christmas. Well they prematurely chargedy
account which they werent supposed to and thus missed my chance from a target day one edition. I had it in check out all was good, but card declined. Why Microsoft did you tell me you werent going to charge me until it ships? 15 years on XBOX live and your
loyal customers gets shafted while a bunch of money vultures who use bots to scalp the little supply you have then post ot up on ebay for 1,000 to 1,500 bucks. Ya all while the heart of you fan base sits here and rots in disappointment.

did you order the game do the Xbox store? If you ordered it through the store on Xbox it will give you the digital version of the game only. You can't order a disc from the Xbox store.
