Xbox only connecting to Xbox live with one network

I have been using wired connection for almost 2 years to play on Xbox live and I have never had a problem with it until now. A few days ago I used my 4g mobile hotspot to connect to Xbox live because one of my family members was using my modem. And when
I disconnected the 4g mobile hotspot from my Xbox the Xbox some how glitched and only allows my 4g mobile hotspot to connect to Xbox live and doesn't let any other type of networks to connect to Xbox live not even my wired connection doesn't want to connect
to Xbox live anymore. When I use a network different from the mobile hotspot it takes a very long time to sign in and after a long time of attempting to sign in it gives me an Xbox live connection error message. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

What is Xbox LIVE?

Wireless connection

Disconnecting when restarting xbox

Port forwarding forwards all data to one xbox only. Please ask your ISP for help in reconfiguring for Port Triggering which works for multiple Xboxes.

When I test my connection it says it is connected to Xbox live and it also loads the default dashboard screen very fast but when I try to sign in into a profile it takes along time attempting to sign in and then after attempting to sign in it says "disconnected
from Xbox live" I don't understand what's going on.
