Try to remove your profile from your console and add it again and try to run any game and see if appears the error.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

This error occurs when your Xbox One console can’t maintain a good connection to Xbox Live. If you can, select the Play offline option to use the data on your console’s hard drive instead.

To test your network connection:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to System > Settings > Network.
3. Select Network Settings.
4. On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection.

If you get an error during the test, try the Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution.

Alternatively, you can take a look at the
Syncing Xbox One game saves to the cloud error messages if you are still unable to sync your save data to the cloud after this.
