    Xbox Onlie Privacy and Safety Not Working


    When i try to load into BO1 and Minecraft, when i click connect to xbox live it says my account is not setup for this, but like 5 months ago it was working fine before i switched to PC, so when i came back to Xbox, i see that, so i got to the settings and
    stuff online and when i try to change the one that lets me play online, I click allow and then submit, then it reloads the page and is still stuck on blocked, ive tried closing it and all of that. Just someone please help, this is not a cool way to return
    back to Xbox.

    Hi there,

    you may have to check
    http://account.xbox.com/settings

    and check if things like Allow user created content is allowed/enabled too

    Keep in mind that after changing a setting you will have to sign out and sign back in on the console for the settings to become active.

    If for some reason the Submit doesn't change anything then be sure to try to do it via a different browser too.

    If different browsers don't help then it might be best to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Chat) at
