Xbox onez r bs

This is bs ive played my one about 6 times most come on it yesterday and it wont read any disk so I rang u up and you told me I whouled have to send my xbox one off fine and then you tell me ill have to wait a month a month bs ive been a xbox live member
for over 4 years and this is how I get tret its a joke I never fourt I would say this but looks like ill b geting a ps4 I wouldent mind if I had broke it but I havent its your fault y should we have to wait that long?

If you have only played it six times does that mean it is new? If so, take it back to the retailer you got the console from and get an instant replacement. UK law covers you for such incidents and allows you to get a replacement from them instead of waiting
for Microsoft repairs.

I'm guessing you are from the UK due to your name although I had trouble understanding your post so if you aren't in the UK I apologise, check your local laws and see if you are covered for retail returns.
