    Xbox OneX unable to open Netflix


    I can currently access Netflix with my LG smart tvs (both), samsungs (both), Sony tv and Ps4 all on wi-fi. I have my xbox onex hardwired into modem and have a fiber optic 1Gbs connection. All other apps work fine, but when i start netflix on xbox it comes
    up and after a little says wait a minute and try again.

    I've deleted app multiple times, restarted and still having issue last 3 days. I can just watch on my tv but on 4k/uhd the extra bandwidth is better. Any ideas why xbox sucks with netflix (OneX 1TB system) before i disconnect my xbox from hardport and put
    it back into my tv. Thanks

    One of the issues could be if certain apps, like Netflix, are down on Live Services, where others aren't. You would have to check the Live Status to see if that is the case.

    If not, it could also be the Xbox One X may need to go in to a Microsoft Store, so a technician can do a diagnostic on it to see if there are any internal issues with being able to recognize the app.

    Delete the app, restart the console and download the app again.

    UHD Bluray playback - HDR not output correctly

    Exact same problem with a OneX (purchased in January '18) on my Sony xbr75x940d. Games, the OneX's home screen, and even Mixer content all look gorgeous, but Guardians 2 uhd blu-ray is so dim it's unwatchable, and 4k hdr Amazon content appears in sdr.
    Xbox gives the TV all green check marks. Amazon and Netflix content looks great in the Sony TV's app. I've searched the forums here and on reddit for a fix but have come up empty. Is this still an issue?
