Xbox OneX problem with Animotica

The troubleshooting suggested by fellow XBF Diego M is to narrow down the problem. A power cycle as suggested clears the cache on the console. While we are on the subject of the consoles caches, we also suggest clearing out the Network Card Cache as it also
stores corrupt files and such.

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Clear and restart

Is this the first occurrence of this issue, as in has Animotica worked fine before now?

We recommend attempting to uninstall the Animotica application, and then reinstall it.

Thank you for keeping us updated. In order to narrow down the issue, I recommend trying some basic console and app troubleshooting. First, uninstall the app as mentioned by Javier above. Then, go ahead and do a

hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox. Once rebooted, go ahead and re-install the app and try to save a video that you edit.
