Xbox OneX freezing/locking up

Hi,

My XBox OneX is a little over a year old and has never had a problem until the last couple of months.

I had to reset my console to factory settings after it began freezing upon any type of movement on the xbox main page. For example, if i try to start a game, it freezes and has to be restarted. Then when its restarting, it freezes and will not move from
a black screen no matter how long it sits (i left it for a couple of days to see if it would help). Another example is, when i go into my settings and try to connect to a network, it often tells me “you need to be connected to the internet for this” and then
after trying again, it locks it up completely. It pretty much happens with any menu.

After i reset it to factory settings (because the error code says that’s what i need to do) it gets better for a day or two and then begins doing the same thing. It starts slowly and then begins happening more and more frequently until finally it totally
locks up no matter what i try to do. It will throw me a ton of different error codes and some are not even in the system when i try to search what it means. I almost feel like the xbox is defective, but it worked great for about a year. Ive never had a problem
with an xbox so I’m not sure what the deal is. Is there somewhere i can send my xbox to have it fixed or looked at?
