XBox OneX Adapter for India

Dear Team(s),

The query is to get help and guidance regarding the following purchase:

I had bought Microsoft Xbox One X 1TB from Microsoft Store in Seattle Bellevue in July this year and wanted to use this in India – actually a gift for my daughter!

But unfortunately, I could not do so as:

I have been suggested by my friends/colleagues to use a proper adapter as the US power ranges (100-125V) are different from that in India (220-240V)

Based on my search I tried booking an adapter from Amazon India; but found that it is for Xbox One Not OneX and hence the power point was not fitting with my instrument ☹

I tried to reach out to Amazon Global and their support team searched throughout and confirmed that there is no one for OneX!!

I am now at a spot and feel very upset or my daughter!!

Can you please suggest me the options for me?

Any such adapter suitable for India available in Store (India or Global)?

If not, then is there a possibility to get a replacement of the Xbox itself which would be suitable in India context?

Hello!

The Xbox One X has a "universal" internal power supply.

For Xbox One X, the power supply rating (found on the sticker on the back of the console) shows that it is rated for "100-127/200-240V". It should work on the 220-240V outlet since it is rated for that voltage.

You shouldn't have any issues just using a normal outlet adapter for the plug to outlet.

The power supply is built into an Xbox One X and it has dual voltage. You do not need an adapter as it will work on 220v supplies.

The Xbox One X and S models power supplies are multi-voltage. This means they will work in all countries, regardless of whether supplied power is 110V or 220V.
You do not need a power converter.

All you need is an adapter for the plug.

Obsessive Power

The mains voltage in India is 230v 50Hz same as Australia. The Xbox 360 for OZ is the same as the consoles sold in India and Europe. The Power supply is designed for 200-240V. It will work fine, all you need is the travel adapter.
